What to Expect

Scheduling

After we receive a signed contract and down payment, your project will be scheduled. One week before your project is set to begin, we will call to notify you that you are next on our schedule, and to set a start date.

Crew Arrival

If you are at home during construction, you can expect to see a crew consisting of one to three people. This crew will usually remain consistent for the duration of the project. Each crew has a foreman who can answer most questions, should they arise.

What About Changes?

As work progresses, if you would like additional work or a change to what was originally on the contract, a 'Work Change Order' will be drafted to detail the changes and estimate the cost. This form will be signed by you and the designer or the foreman.
